The dust skeleton is the skeleton of the electrostatic precipitator, and the importance of its quality is self-evident. So how can we enhance the performance of the dust skeleton? Electrostatic printing of the dust-removing skeleton is a good protection measure, which is much better than the general galvanized dust-removing skeleton.
1. The galvanized dust-removing skeleton is easily affected by environmental factors and corrodes, thus directly reducing the life of the electrostatic precipitator and the dust-removing static electricity.
2. The adhesion and mechanical strength of the electrostatic precipitator dust removal skeleton will increase after inkjet printing.
3. The dust-removing skeleton after spraying can withstand high temperatures.
4, due to the spraying, the surface is more smooth, which is conducive to installation.
The principle of spraying the dust skeleton: the corona discharge phenomenon is used to adsorb the powder coating on the workpiece. The process is as follows: the powder coating is fed into the spray gun by the compressed air gas from the powder supply system, and the high pressure generated by the high-voltage electrostatic generator is added to the front end of the spray gun. Due to the corona discharge, a dense charge is generated in the vicinity of the spray gun, and the powder is ejected from the nozzle. When the charged coating particles are formed, they are attracted to the workpieces of opposite polarities by the action of electrostatic force. As the powder sprayed increases, the charge accumulates more. When the thickness is reached, due to the electrostatic repulsion, The adsorption is not continued, so that the entire workpiece is obtained with a powder coating of a thickness, and then the high temperature is used to melt, level, and solidify the powder, that is, a hard coating film is formed on the surface of the workpiece.
In fact, the main purpose of spraying the dust-removing skeleton is to pay attention to the degreasing, descaling and phosphating in the early stage. Polyester powder is required for spraying, and the temperature is controlled between 180-260 degrees Celsius.
